- Open System Preferences, and click on “Security & Privacy”
- Click the padlock in the bottom left-hand corner of the window, enter your password and click Ok.
- On the left-hand side, click on “Accessibility” and then tick “MSP Anywhere Remote TakeControl”.
- If prompted to “Quit & Reopen” please select “Later”.
- On the left-hand side, click on “Screen Recording” and then tick “MSP Anywhere Remote TakeControl”.
- If prompted to “Quit & Reopen” please select “Later”
