Remote support during the COVID-19 lockdown

During the period of the COVID-19 lockdown we will continue to offer normal levels of remote support from either our office or from home. All members of the support team are set up to carry out support from home (and have already been doing so regularly for a few years now) so this should be largely transparent to our customers.

For obvious reasons, there may be a delay in providing on-site support as this will depend on individual circumstances and the nature of the visit.
