These instructions will guide you through removing an Exchange mailbox from the Outlook app on Android:
- Open the Outlook app
- Tap the icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen (this will either have your initials, or the outline of a house).
- Tap the settings icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on the account you’d like to remove, then tap ‘Delete Account‘
- Ensure that Delete from this device is selected.
- Tap Delete.
