These instructions will guide you through adding an Office 365 mailbox to your Mail app on an iPhone/iPad that is running IOS version 14 or later:
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and tap Add Account.
- Tap Microsoft Exchange.
- Enter your email address and enter a description.
- When prompted to Sign in or Configure manually, tap Sign in, then enter your email password into the Microsoft login window.
- You may also need to enter a Multi-Factor Authentication code.
- Once done, tap the blue Sign in button.
- If prompted to allow permissions, please tap Allow.
- Tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
- Choose the services you’d like to sync with your phone/tablet (things like contacts, calendars, notes, etc)
- Tap Save.
