Linking Remote Teams

A customer based in Surrey has a satellite office in Northern Ireland. We supplied IT equipment to the remote office which now has an always-on, highly secure connection to head office over the Internet, giving much greater integration between the two sites.

New Office Suite

We supplied and installed the computer equipment for a new office in Central London, working with other suppliers to provide the entire office suite within a short space of time and to the customer’s exact requirements.

Disaster Recovery

We were contacted by a company with a Small Business Server which had been running non-stop for over a year, but suddenly crashed due to cumulative hardware failure.

We supplied and installed a new server within a few days and recovered all data including files and email from the old server. We carry out regular maintenance on the replacement server and along with proactive monitoring and a comprehensive backup strategy this has ensured smooth running with no disruption to the business.

Mobile Working at an affordable price

Windows Small Business Server integrates email, fax, database and shared Internet into one powerful and affordable platform. We have considerable expertise in installing and maintaining this product (more information).
We have configured a variety of mobiles, PDAs, Blackberries and iPhones for our customers to work with either their own or hosted mail servers.

Sharing Contacts and Calendars

Unless you are using Microsoft Exchange Server, there is no simple method for sharing contacts and calendars in Outlook. We have installed a very competitively priced solution for several of our customers - they can now choose which data to share and which to keep private, thus easing day-to-day office communication.

Reducing Broadband Costs

After taking over IT maintenance for a recruitment firm we were able to reduce their broadband costs from £1,300 to £360 per year for an identical level of service.
